Business Partner categories are not necessarily sequential. Choosing to partner with Neuro-Link depends on your needs, business experience, and network of influence in the people development field.

  •  NAP™ practitioner can sell to, and debrief users of Neuro Agility Profile® assessments in the local region / business / consultancy /practice / school / college / university that the person operates in.
  • They usually are entrepreneurial people development professionals like coaches, psychologists, teachers, lecturers, or business consultants.
  • Successful NAP™ Practitioners are interested in becoming Neuro Agility experts and don’t use many other assessments.
  • They maintain their identity, but use, market, and sell Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and online learning solutions.
  • Their practitioner agreement secures them the right to purchase Neuro Agility products and learning solutions at discounted prices.
  • A NAP™ practitioner can upgrade from Practitioner to Local Business Partner if their performance is justified. This option depends on the sole discretion of their Country Partner.
  • Certified NAP™ Practitioner Training is a requirement for becoming a Business Partner.
  • A business organization interested in implementing Neuro Agility Profile ® assessments and learning solutions may also train NAP™ practitioners in their organization

They are entrepreneurial people development professionals like coaches, psychologists, teachers, lecturers, or business consultants with successful practices or consultancies who render learning or people development services to universities, colleges, schools, and businesses in volumes. Successful Local Business Partners are frequently executive or team coaches who choose to become Neuro Agility experts and don’t use too many other assessments. They maintain their company identity and brand, but train, market, distribute and sell Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and online learning solutions as a separate new stream of generating revenue. They are licensed as distributors and re-sellers of Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and learning solutions in volumes in a specific local geographical region. Their license agreement secures them the right to purchase Neuro Agility products and learning solutions at discounted prices and re-sell them to end-users. This partnership is an opportunity for a business entrepreneur with a vision to sell and distribute large quantities of assessments in a local geographical region. This option is only possible if business in the Country / State Business Partner’s region justifies it, or when a successful NAP™ practitioner wants to upgrade from Practitioner to Local Business Partner.

Requirements to become a Certified Business Partner:

  • Completion of the NAP™ Practitioner Training
  • Have an existing consulting or coaching practice
  • An established footprint in the assessments and people development industry
  • Their track record displays grit, perseverance, and entrepreneurial drive
  • Values like integrity, trust, and respect drive their business conduct
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Financial stability
  • HR, Talent Development, and assessment experience
  • People development background and experience
  • Growth mindset and continuous learning oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Evidence of people’s development-related education or experience
  • Local presence

They meet the criteria of being highly qualified and experienced, entrepreneurial business professionals. They are usually well-established business consultancies or assessment companies in the people development industry, with a strong client base and footprint in their country /state. Country / State Partners maintain their company identity and brand, but train, market, distribute, and sell Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and online learning solutions as a separate new stream of generating revenue. They are licensed as the primary distributors and re-sellers of Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and learning solutions in large quantities in a specific country or state. Their license agreement secures them the right to purchase Neuro Agility products and learning solutions at highly discounted prices. Country / State / Province Business Partners are licensed to create a Neuro Agility Community of business partners, practitioners, and users in the country or state where they operate. They also train their partners and practitioners. This partnership is an opportunity for experienced business entrepreneurs with a vision to sell and distribute large quantities of assessments to businesses, educational institutions, partners, and practitioners. It is a good fit for well-established, successful business consultancies interested in adding a new revenue stream to their business, and willing to sell and distribute country / state-wide. Country / State / Province Business Partners can upgrade to becoming a Global Regional Business Partner, should the region still be available, and if they fulfill the requirements.

Requirements to become a Country / State Business Partner:

  • Completion of the certified NAP™ Practitioner Training
  • Business owner for 5 years or longer
  • An established footprint in the assessments and people development industry in a specific country / state
  • Well-established consultancy, or practice for more than 7 years
  • Financial stability
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Display persistence and entrepreneurial drive
  • HR, Talent Development or assessment experience
  • People development background and experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Growth mindset and continuous learning
  • Live by values of integrity, trust, and respect
  • Evidence of people development-related education and experience
  • Residence in assigned country / state
  • English fluency

They meet the criteria of being highly qualified and experienced, entrepreneurial business professionals. They maintain their company identity and brand, but are licensed as major distributors and re-sellers of Neuro Agility assessments and learning solutions in large quantities. They have completed all the appropriate online practitioner training for the products they sell. Country / State / Province Business Partners are also licensed to create a business partner network consisting of Certified Business Partners, as well as practitioners. They also train their partners and practitioners. Their license agreement secures them the right to purchase Neuro Agility products and services at highly discounted prices, and to distribute them to businesses, educational institutions, partners, and practitioners. Country / State / Province Business Partners can upgrade to becoming a Global Regional Business Partner, should the region still be available, and if they fulfill the requirements.

Regional Business Partners are well-established, credible businesses or assessment companies in the people development industry, with a strong client base and a platform of influence across countries and states. Our Global Regional Business Partners meet the criteria of being highly qualified and experienced distributors of assessments and learning solutions who are known for their ethical business conduct. They maintain their company identity and brand, but train, market, distribute, and sell Neuro Agility assessments and online learning solutions as a separate new stream of generating revenue. Some Global Regional Business Partners make a lucrative business of only selling Neuro Agility products and services. Global Regional Business Partners are licensed as the primary distributors and re-sellers of Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and learning solutions in large quantities across various countries and states. They have completed all the appropriate practitioner training for the products they sell and conduct training for all Neuro Agility products and services in their designated region. Besides sales and learning solutions delivery, they recruit and create a lucrative business hub of users, partners, and practitioners in the different countries that are part of the region allocated to them. Global Regional Business Partners create an infrastructure consisting of Country / State / Province, and Local Business Partners, and practitioners. Their license agreement secures them the right to purchase Neuro Agility products and services at the highest discounted prices possible.

Requirements to become a Global Regional Business Partner:

  • Completion of the certified NAP™ Practitioner Training
  • Business owner for at least 7 years
  • Partner should display a proven track record of financial stability
  • Well-established business consultancy or assessments business for more than 7 years in the people development industry
  • A strong network of influence in the countries or states in their designated region
  • Demonstrate successful sales experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive
  • HR, Talent Development, or assessment experience
  • People development background and experience
  • Live by values of integrity, trust, and respect
  • Evidence of people development-related education and experience
  • English fluency
  • Leadership and management skills
