A Neuroscience Approach to Coaching & Learning

Enroll in cutting-edge training to ground your coaching or learning practices in neuroscience

People development and performance optimization professionals across the globe face similar challenges when facilitating learning. The one thing all humans have in common is a brain. The neuroscience of learning and performance optimization provides a common language for learning and dealing with the challenges performance improvement professionals face. It should be the point of departure for any global learning initiative as it is an inclusive science that focuses on the one thing we all have in common – the brain. Grounding work practices in neuroscience are vital for every people development and performance improvement professional to understand how they can optimize the most important part of their company/client’s human capital – their ability to learn!

The good news is that you don’t have to be a neuroscientist to ground your people development or performance optimization practices in neuroscience. This program gives you access to sound applied neuroscience practices, approaches, and tools that will help you anchor your education, learning, coaching, or performance optimization practices into neuroscience that validates learning.

As part of the Neuroscience Group of the University of Pretoria, Dr. André Vermeulen, CEO of Neuro-Link, in collaboration with Professor Peet du Toit, head of the Neuroscience Group of the University of Pretoria, developed the following three-phase, neuroscience-based courses:

Phase 1: Introduction to Neuroscience-based Coaching

Phase 2: Higher Neuroscience Coaching (Neuro Agility Profile Practitioner Training)

Phase 3: Emotional Intelligence Coaching (Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Training)

The above courses are online, self-study courses presented. Each module includes videos, PowerPoint slides, handouts/manuals, and multiple-choice questions. A result of 80% is expected before you can move on to the next level. After complying with all requirements, course participants will be certified with a Certificate of Completion after Phase 1, a Certificate of Competence as a Neuro Agility Profile™ assessor after Phase 2 and a Certificate of Competence as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner after Phase 3.
