Complete Your 12 Emotional Intelligence Competencies Profile™

Click the link below and take the assessment if you have not already completed your EI questionnaire. It will take 30 minutes (60 questions) to complete your EI profile. This profile is a 360 evaluation profile which means that you can have others who also evaluate you on your EI competencies if you choose to. It increases the profile’s accuracy as we usually are subjective about ourselves and our responses and most often reflect our ideal self rather than the real self. It is however of utmost importance that should you choose people to evaluate you, they must know you very well and they do not have an axe to grind with you. The purpose of this assessment is to create accurate awareness and develop yourself. That can only happen if every person you choose to evaluate you is trusted, fair, objective and honest.

Your EI profile will be emailed to you once it’s completed. When you have completed your assessment, please return to the course and mark this lesson as complete and then watch the debriefing videos that follow.
