Do you want to optimize your brain performance?

Do you want to accurately identify your potential and talent and develop it further?

Do you want to align your subject and career choices with who they are?

Do you want to learn easier, faster and smarter?

Do you want to help children, students, teachers and parents to understand their neurodesign?

Do you want to improve your cognitive flexibility?

NAP™ Toolbox Student Performer

If your answer is yes to any of the questions above, the Neuro Agility Profile™ (NAP™) Student Performer can help you. The NAP™ Student Performer is our flagship assessment used by high school, college and university students to identify their potential, learning hindrances, preferences and neurological design.

It is the most comprehensive, multidimensional neuroscience assessment to be found, as it illustrates 13 neuro-agility elements that influence how learners process information, think and learn. The NAP™ Student Performer is a unique neuroscience, talent development assessment that illustrates a learners neurological design (potential) and the drivers that can optimize their brain performance.

Although the Student Performer measures  the neurophysiological aspects that impact how learners learn, and is valid and reliable, it is not a psychometric test. It is an instrument to develop people and optimize their learning performance.

Practitioner Training:

Neuro-Link offers online, live and/or a blended learning approach to Brain Profile Practitioner Training to educational organizations, coaches, teachers, psychologists, therapists and counselors. The practitioner training will enable practitioners to assess and debrief others on the NAP™ Student Performer assessment. They may also become Neuro-Link business partners and sell our profiles in volumes and offer neuro-agility optimization solutions.

Differentiating factors of the NAP™ Student Performer:

  • Defines the principle of learning receptiveness clearly, which has not been done previously. It has profound implications for people in education and learning as it is a strong indicator of how easy and fast a student can learn, and if they should experience learning hindrances, the NAP™ Student Performer will clearly indicate what those hindrances are;
  • Offers a new and holistic framework of drivers that optimize brain performance which have novel implications for parents, teachers and therapists responsible for the performance improvement of children and/or improving their brain health or wellness;
  • The holistic framework of drivers that optimize brain performance has not been included in any assessment before;
  • Offers a scientific understanding of the mechanisms of brain fitness which has new educational, physical and medical implications for parents, teachers, occupational therapists, educational psychologists and remedial teachers;
  • Brain fitness as a driver to optimize brain performance, has not been included in any formal assessment before;
  • Offers a clearer understanding of neurological dominance which has interdisciplinary implications to sciences like education and psychology;
  • Offers a ground breaking framework for understanding the neurological aspects of learning which has major implications for psychology, but also for teachers and remedial teachers in education;
  • For the first time ever there is an instrument that indicates how stress and fatigue levels of a learner influence their neurological design and their risk for human error. The interplay between a person’s neurological design and the drivers that optimize brain performance, will help teachers and professionals in remedial education to identify potential neurological hindrances and minimize it’s impact on the learner’s performance;
  • Offers is a great point of departure to help parents and learners align their subject and career choices with who they are (their neurodesign).

The NAP™ Student Performer measures 6 drivers that optimize brain performance:

The NAP™ Student Performer is an assessment for college and university students who are still busy with formal learning. This brain profile is a practical instrument to discover how uniquely they process information, how skilled they are at learning, which strengths and preferences they have when learning or thinking and what their intelligence preferences are. It also indicates areas for future development. It is a powerful tool to identify learning and thinking potential and develop strategies to optimize and polish their unique talents, preparing them for a purposeful future.

The NAP™ Student Performer provides feedback on 13 brain profiles, which consist of 6 drivers that influence brain performance and 7 factors that impact a person’s neurological design. It differs slightly from the NAP™ Advanced+ for adults as 1 driver differs – learning skills – because their primary learning needs slightly differ from adult learning needs.

The assessment results report consists of 24 pages. The following 2 pages is a summary of the 6 drivers that optimize brain performance and the 7 factors that make up a person’s neurological design.
