It compliments all Employee Assistance Programs and Employee Wellness Programs as it focuses on empowering people to know what they should be doing for themselves before they seek assistance from professionals. Some companies implement this program as an organizational development intervention to proactively promote wellbeing and/or happiness in the workplace.

NEURO-WELLNESS PROGRAM

A holistic, brain-based program to empower people with intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to enhance their performance, well-being and happiness.

Neuro-Link’s Neuro-Wellness Program follows a neuroscience approach to creating and maintaining happiness and well-being  Our uniquely developed LRP™ Advanced+ or LRP™ Risk brain profile and 12 Emotional Intelligence Competencies Profile™ assessments are the point of departure for each intervention as we believe you can’t improve what you can’t measure.

We start the program with doing a comprehensive assessment of the factors that impact people’s brain health and performance and how it will influence their neurological design. Knowing your neurological design and understanding the drivers that impact this is the key to wellbeing, happiness and performance improvement.

The Neuro-Wellness Program consist of a world class framework for developing and maintaining physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and happiness. Neuro-Link follows an emotional intelligence framework that has slightly been adjusted over 26 years according to the results we achieved with well-being initiatives for our clients.The framework consist of developing intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.We therefor also use our 12 Emotional Intelligence Competencies Profile™ to measure the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills necessary to improve well-being, happiness and maintaining healthy relationships with others.

What differensiates the Neuro-Well Program, is the fact that it has a very strong brain health focus. Therefore our LRP™ Advanced+ or LRP™ Risk brain profile assessments are our point of departure to create well-being as it illustrates 6 drivers that optimize your brain performance. Because this assessment also illustrates how these drivers influence a person’s neurological design, it will indicate if a person experiences any neurological hindrances during stress and the risk for human error. Subsequently we offer neuroscience learning solutions to help people minimize their risk of human error.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This program consists of 10 modules:

  • Module 3: Brain Well-being – Mind Power
  • Module 4: Mental Wellbeing – Cope with Change, Manage Stress & Maintain Well-being
  • Module 5: Mental Well-being – Proactive Coping Skills
  • Module 6: Social Well-being – Social Awareness Skills
  • Module 7: Social Well-being – Interpersonal Communication Skills & Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Module 8: Social Well-being – Social & Team Cohesion
  • Module 9: Social Well-being – Values-Driven Leadership
  • Module 10: The Well-being of the Health Professional – An Ethical Imperative

It is recommended that the above mentioned sessions run chronologically as we follow a holistic approach, but can be done in isolation from one another,  based on our clients needs and circumstances. For best results all the following themes should be covered:
